Each one of us now has the choice, instead of dealing with the bureaucracy himself, to authorize an employee of the Citizens' Services Center to gather on his behalf all necessary public documents that may be available in different agencies throughout the country.

Put an end to long waits and mistreatment at agency counters.

The Citizens' Services Center responsibly intervenes at different levels and procedures of Public Administration.

A sample list of such interventions includes:

• Certificates
• Issuance & renewal of passports
• Copies of Criminal Records
• Spouse's change of official residence
• Receipts of TAP Payments
• Applications for old age pensions
• Issuance and renewal of Health Passbooks
• Issuance of health Passbooks for the unemployed
• Driver's Licence (and extensions)
• Conversion of foreign driver's license to Greek license
• Lifting of liens on automobiles / motorcycles
• Issuance of amateur fishing boat license
• Issuance of permits to clear privately owned forest areas
  

The Center also issues escrows, affidavits, fee stamps, and FEK /legislation sheets.
